Applies to GE Profile, GDF, GDT, and Hotpoint HDA series dishwashers. High View details → C4 Dishwasher The water level in the tub exceeded the safe maximum during the fill phase. The control board detected overfill via the water level sensor or float switch. Seen on GE Profile, GDT, and GDF series. Common on GE Profile, GDT, and Café CDT series with heated wash options. The dishwasher cannot measure water temperature and will not run a heated cycle safely. Applies to GE Profile and GDT series. High View details → C8 Dishwasher The dishwasher's detergent dispenser door failed to open fully during the wash cycle. The control board detected the dispenser did not actuate as expected, resulting in detergent not being released. Common on GDT and GDF series.
