Leak detected in base pan
High
The base pan beneath the tub has collected water from an internal leak. Water may seep out from under the kickplate onto the kitchen floor, or be visible when you pull the dishwasher forward.
View
C1
Drain cycle exceeded 2 min
Medium
After the cycle ends or pauses, standing water is visible at the bottom of the dishwasher tub, indicating drainage did not complete.
View
C2
Total drain time over 7 min
Medium
The machine halts during a wash or rinse phase and will not continue. Standing water is visible at the bottom of the tub when you open the door.
View
C3
Dishwasher will not drain
High
Opening the door reveals a tub filled to or near the door seal level. Water may spill onto the floor. The dishwasher has not removed any wash water.
View
C4
Dishwasher overfilled
High
The tub has filled beyond the normal wash level, causing water to push past the door gasket and appear on the kitchen floor in front of or beneath the dishwasher.
View
C6
Water temperature too low
Medium
Cold water cannot dissolve grease or activate dishwasher detergent enzymes effectively, leaving a cloudy or greasy film on dishes even after a full wash cycle.
View
C7
Temp sensor circuit fault
High
The machine halts during the wash or heat phase and displays C7. It cannot safely control the heating element without a working temperature sensor, so it locks out the cycle entirely.
View
C8
Detergent dispenser blocked
Low
Opening the dishwasher after a completed or halted cycle reveals that the detergent cup is still closed or partially open, with the detergent tablet or powder undissolved inside.
View
H2O
Insufficient water supply
Medium
The dishwasher completed a cycle without enough water to wash effectively. Dishes remain dirty, detergent is found dried and undissolved in the dispenser, and the tub is dry when the cycle ends.
View
PF
Power failure detected
Low
After a power outage or circuit interruption, the dishwasher restores power and shows "PF" on the display. The cycle it was running has been cancelled — dishes inside are partially washed.
