Meaning
Severity
Common Symptom
E01
Control board / EEPROM fault
Medium
The dryer powers on and immediately shows "E01" before any cycle is selected, accompanied by a continuous alert tone from the control panel.
View
E02
Inlet thermistor shorted
High
The dryer completes its cycle but clothes are still wet because the heating element stopped producing heat mid-cycle.
View
E03
Outlet thermistor shorted
High
The drum motor runs normally and the display shows the cycle countdown, but the heating element remains off, leaving laundry cool and damp at cycle end.
View
E05
Outlet thermistor open circuit
High
The dryer displays E05 and the heating element never activates. The drum tumbles, air circulates, but clothes remain cold and wet throughout the cycle.
View
E06
EEPROM / UI mismatch error
Medium
The display shows "E06" immediately at power-on and the Start button is unresponsive, because the control board refuses to operate with a mismatched UI configuration.
View
E07
Stuck control panel button
Low
The display alternates between "E07" and the normal cycle readout, and pressing Start is ignored because the board registers one key as continuously pressed.
View
E14
Drum motor failure
High
The dryer powers on, heat may activate briefly, but the drum remains stationary. The control board detects no motor feedback signal and displays E14 within the first 30 seconds.
View
E60
Door open or door switch fault
Low
Pressing the start button produces no response — the drum does not turn and no heat is generated.
